Principled Advocacy for Border Security & Immigration Reform

Homeland PAC is a federally registered political action committee dedicated to advancing sound, enforceable immigration policy at both the federal and state level. We support candidates who demonstrate a sustained commitment to border security, enforcement of existing immigration law, and policies that protect the wages and opportunities of American workers.

Our approach is grounded in policy analysis, not rhetoric. We believe a secure border, a functional legal immigration system, and a fair labor market are not competing interests — they are complementary pillars of a stable, sovereign nation.

Rule of Law

Immigration law must be enforced consistently, without political discretion or selective application.

Secure Borders

Physical infrastructure and personnel resources sufficient to establish and maintain operational control.

American Workers First

Immigration policy should complement — not undercut — wages and employment for American citizens.

National Sovereignty

The United States retains the sovereign right to determine the terms and limits of immigration.

Six Pillars of Immigration Reform

Homeland PAC focuses its resources on candidates who support concrete, enforceable policy changes across these core areas.

01

Secure the Border

Fund and deploy physical barriers, surveillance technology, and sufficient personnel to achieve and sustain operational control of all U.S. land borders.

02

Enforce Existing Immigration Law

Restore consistent enforcement of existing federal immigration statutes and hold jurisdictions accountable that obstruct federal law.

03

Reduce & Reform Visa Programs

Audit, reduce, and reform temporary worker visa programs to ensure they serve documented labor shortages without displacing American workers.

04

Protect American Workers

Support E-Verify mandates, wage floor enforcement, and labor market policies that prevent illegal employment from depressing wages in construction, agriculture, and manufacturing.

05

End Incentives for Illegal Entry

Reform asylum processing, eliminate access to federal benefits for those in the country unlawfully, and close policy loopholes that incentivize illegal border crossing.

06

End Chain Migration

Limit family-based visa sponsorship to immediate family members — spouses and minor children — and phase out extended-chain categories that have driven decades of uncapped population growth.

On National Sovereignty. The capacity to determine who enters a country, on what terms, and in what numbers is a foundational attribute of sovereignty. An immigration system that cannot be enforced erodes the institutional credibility of all federal law.

Immigration enforcement is not optional. Federal law is explicit: unauthorized entry is a federal misdemeanor, and overstay of a visa is a civil violation requiring removal.

On Labor Market Stability. Economists across the political spectrum acknowledge that high rates of immigration — particularly low-skill, unauthorized immigration — exert downward pressure on wages in sectors where American workers compete most directly.

On the Long View. S A functioning, lawful, and orderly immigration process benefits both Americans and those who seek to enter legally.

Supporting Leaders Who Will Act, Not Just Talk

Homeland PAC evaluates and supports federal and state candidates based on their demonstrated record, stated policy commitments, and likelihood of advancing meaningful immigration enforcement legislation if elected.

  • Strong legislative record or public commitment to border security appropriations
  • Consistent opposition to amnesty without enforcement benchmarks
  • Support for E-Verify mandates and worksite enforcement
  • Opposition to policies that expand public benefits for unauthorized immigrants
  • Commitment to asylum reform and reducing visa overstay rates
