Privacy Policy — Homeland PAC

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Homeland PAC ("us," "we," "our") collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users of homelandpac.com (the "Site").

By using this Site, you agree that your use is governed by this Privacy Policy. We may update this Policy at any time. Changes become effective upon posting and apply to information collected going forward — not to information previously collected. It is your responsibility to check this Site periodically for updates. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Please note the distinction between our privacy practices in connection with your visit to the Site and our Terms of Service.

Information We Collect Automatically

When you visit our Site to browse, read, or download information, your web browser automatically sends us information that we may retain, including:

We use this information in aggregate form to maintain the Site, assess traffic, ensure proper functionality, and improve accessibility. We will not use this information to identify individuals except for site security or law enforcement purposes. We will not obtain personally identifying information about you when you visit our Site unless you choose to provide it. You may opt out of this data collection by following the Opt Out procedures described below.

Other Information We Collect

If you choose to identify yourself or provide personal information through our online forms, we may collect and retain:

In limited circumstances, we may collect payment information such as credit card numbers where necessary to complete a requested transaction. If you request information via mobile phone, we may also collect your cell phone number, carrier name, and the date, time, and content of your messages in connection with our SMS service.

We will use this information to fulfill your request and may use it to provide you with additional information in the future. We may share your information with third parties.

If you request information, services, or assistance, we may disclose your personal information to third parties we determine appropriate to fulfill your request. If you specify that you do not want your information disclosed to third parties, we will honor that request — though in some cases, non-disclosure may make it impossible to fulfill your request. If your communication relates to a law enforcement matter, we may disclose information to appropriate law enforcement agencies.

How Long We Keep Information

We may retain information we collect for an unlimited period of time.

Use of Cookies

Our Site may use "cookies" to enhance your experience. Cookies are placed by your web browser on your device for record-keeping and tracking purposes. You may set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. Note that some parts of the Site may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect information about how visitors use this Site, including how often they visit, which pages they view, and which sites they visited beforehand. We use this information solely to improve the Site. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date of your visit — not your name or other identifying information — and we do not combine it with personally identifiable information. Google Analytics may place a permanent cookie on your browser to identify you as a unique user on return visits; however, that cookie can only be used by Google. Google's use of this data is governed by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and Google Privacy Policy. You can prevent Google Analytics from recognizing you on return visits by disabling cookies in your browser.

We may also aggregate your personal information with that of others and disclose such aggregate information for promotional purposes in a way that does not identify you individually.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information: We and our service providers may use non-personally identifiable information to better tailor advertisements and content, predict responses to advertisements, measure ad effectiveness, and provide aggregate reporting. We also use website analytics tools that store web session data to make the Site easier to use, identify and correct errors, and deliver more relevant content.

Third-Party Cookies: We use cookies to compile aggregate, non-personally identifiable data about Site traffic and interactions. We may also share non-personally identifiable information with agencies, ad networks, or exchanges to analyze user behavior or customize advertising.

Contests, Sweepstakes, and Other Promotions

From time to time, we may offer contests or other promotions on the Site. We use the information you provide to administer these promotions and, subject to applicable restrictions, to communicate with you about our products, services, or those of our service providers. If you participate, we may ask for information such as your name, email address, date of birth, and phone number. Official rules will accompany any contest sponsored by Homeland PAC.
